So it is a nonsense to say: "I eat a true pizza in Milano" because Pizza is from Naples. And only there you can find the authentic pizzerias and the original pizza's taste.
CULTURE AND TRADITION
The reason why each dish is better where it was born, is because it is made by using fresh ingredients that are produced in that area. Only in this way the authentic taste can be preserved.
GOVERNMENT PROTECTION PLAN
Italian Government, with the intention to preserve the origins of the authentic taste and avoid speculations, has published several disciplinary: DOC, IGP, DOCG, DOP... and so on. Their purpose is to forbid "false food" coming from areas that have nothing to do with the original production zone.
WHAT WE CHOOSE
Our Company is made by italians who live in Italy and can easily understand the difference between a tasty food or a fake. We can make the choice for you. We will never sell a Cannolo made in Torino or a Chianti made in Palermo!
For us "made in Italy" has no sense if we don't see the label with certification and we don't taste before.
